Grown where the Andes meet the Amazon. The water that grew it crosses a continent — now Fairtrade certified.

Peruvian coffee grows on the eastern slopes of the high Andes, where altitude drops fast into rainforest. Many Peruvian coffees are already grown by indigenous communities under organic, fair-labor conditions; the formal Fairtrade certification simply ensures more of the value flows back to those farmers in cash, not just in goodwill.

The medium-dark roast brings forward the bean's natural sweetness — milk chocolate, brown sugar, a long warming finish — while keeping the soft floral character that makes Peruvian coffee distinctive. Quietly excellent.
