A medium-roasted Peruvian decaf — Fairtrade certified. We chose Peru as our decaf origin because Peruvian coffee has the natural sweetness and balance that survives decaffeination beautifully. So many decafs taste like a compromise; this one tastes like a coffee that just happens to be decaf.
